Hudson’s Chair

Commissioned by David Frank for his wife, Serena Hill, in December 2023, this little canvas depicts their beloved dog Hudson in his favorite seat by the window. It was so touching to be able to create something special for fellow dog lovers. I do not know Hudson personally, but studying his likeness, leaning fun facts about him, and bringing his image to life was such a unique and intimate way to get to know him.
